Q: I am allergic to dairy and egg products how safe are your products to eat?

A: If you have food allergies... read this carefully. While all our "organic & vegan, nut free, egg free, and dairy free" and "gluten free" cupcakes & cookies do not contain the same ingredients, they are manufactured in the same facility.

We truly enjoy making cakes for people who have never been able to have a bakery cake before due to their diet. We take every conceivable precaution to avoid cross contamination, but since some potential allergen products are used on the premises, the chance of it is always a possibility. Any item made in our facility may contain traces of potential allergens including, but not limited to: Wheat, Gluten, Egg, Milk, Casein, Soy, Corn, and others. If the possible presence of trace amounts of an allergen is something that would make someone consuming our product sick, we understand, and respectfully feel that your needs are not something we can accommodate.

By purchasing our products, you waive the right to hold Green Goodies by Tiffany responsible for any injury or reaction that may result from the consumption of these products. Notification of any allergies is requested and encouraged, but does not hold Green Goodies by Tiffany to any standard of possible contamination higher than those mentioned here.

Q: What is agave nectar and why do you use in your diabetic friendly products?

A: Organic Nectars Raw Agave Syrup is a delicious natural sweetener similar to honey that is low glycemic, meaning that it is suitable for diabetics. While sugar has a glycemic index of 100, Organic Nectars' raw agave nectar has a glycemic index below 40. That means that agave is safe for many diabetics and others not wanting the typical highs and lows experienced with sugar in-take.

Q: Are all your products 100% organic? Is there anything else special about your ingredients?

A: We make every effort to use organic ingredients but there are cases where a cupcake may be 80-90% organic due to an ingredient or two that we are unable to obtain in organic form. We do ensure that all our dairy products, eggs, and flours are organic 100% of the time. Please do not hesitate to ask specifics when ordering.

Q: How long do the cupcakes last?

A: Green Goodies cupcakes are meant to be kept at room temperature unless otherwise specified due to ingredients that may need refrigeration (cream cheese frostings for instance). Because they are preservative free, they are best and meant to be eaten the day they are delivered! Although they will taste good the next day, to ensure that the cupcakes keep fresh, put them in an airtight container or seal them with plastic wrap. If you plan on keeping them more than 2 days, I advise you to freeze them in a freezer safe container or bag.

Q: Do you offer any specialty items or gifts?

A: We offer beautifully boxed cupcakes & treats, a minimum order of 1 dozen, and orders divisible by 6. We offer delivery service with had written notes if you choose to send that special someone a box of cupcakes instead of flowers! We also offer cupcake party favors in which individual cupcakes are boxed up and decorated according to the theme requested (wedding, baby shower, birthday, etc). During the holidays, we can dress up your "Goodies" box with holiday cheer along with special holiday flavors (e.g.: For Christmas: peppermint chocolate & eggnog cupcakes; Thanksgiving: pumpkin spice cupcakes, & Valentines Day: Dark Chocolate Truffle)! Lastly, gourmet cupcakes are hugely popular and we are constantly thinking up new ideas! Gourmet cupcakes can make a nice addition to an elegant dinner party or evening shower. We will even provide a cupcake tower to show them off! Lastly, if you have any special ideas or requests for flavors, we will do custom orders.
